If you’re unsure of your size, you can compare your measurements to our sizing chart or contact us via email at [email protected] Please note that our size guide is a recommendation only and provides you with body measurements to compare against. It does not provide measurements of the garments or shoes. If you are slightly bigger than any of the recommended size measurements, we always recommend sizing up, not down for extra.
Yes, we have our studio based in Cranbourne West. We are open Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm, however you’ll need to book in a time with us prior to arrival.
As we are an Australian brand, by default our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). However our website will detect your location and will give you the option to shop in your local currency if preferred. You can change the currency at the bottom of our website footer if you prefer to shop in a particular currency. Please note that shipping prices quoted in our policies are in AUD. However, will convert to your local currency at checkout (eg: $30 AUD shipping will be converted to $22USD if you shop in USD).
The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. The Luxx Co is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver, the courier or delivery service will attempt re-delivery. If the third party delivery service are unable to arrange a re-delivery, the parcel will be either be returned to The Luxx Co or abandoned by authorities in the receiver’s country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. In the event that your package is refused and returned to The Luxx Co, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
We may repeat styles that are in exceptionally high demand, however only ever in a limited quantity to maintain exclusivity and to minimise our impact on the environment. We recommend ordering your desired item right away to avoid missing out. Please note we do not restock sale items.
ORDERS
When it comes to personalised items, if you notice that the information was received wrong we would need to know any changes ASAP. Please contact us at [email protected] including your reference number and the changes that need to be made.
In the event the order has been processed, sent off following on the order details then noticed the details are incorrect. As all orders are different and personalised in different materials e.g. vinyl, acrylic or embroidery, The Luxx Co will need to access the order and then make the necessary changes. All costs incurred will be paid by the client. Unless The Luxx Co is at fault.
A pre-order allows customers to place an order for an in-demand style before it is available for delivery. Generally we offer pre-order on extremely popular styles that have sold out and are coming back in stock soon. Full payment is required to secure your pre-order and once your order is placed, it strictly cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure you have carefully considered your order and are fully aware of the expected delivery date prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.
We only accept discount codes on items found on theluxxco.com.au You can enter the code in the ‘COUPON BOX’ during the checkout and hit ‘APPLY’. Provided that your order complies with the terms of the offer, the discount will then be taken off your order total. The conditions of the code will show once the code has been applied.

Unfortunately we cannot enter a discount code manually after an order has been placed. We also cannot refund you the difference as no changes can be made to an order once it’s been processed. Please ensure you apply your discount code correctly at checkout to avoid disappointment.
SHIPPING
Yes, we ship worldwide. Although our head office and despatch facility is based in Melbourne, Australia, we ship daily to all destinations worldwide.
